A Brief History of Our Bank
Warren-Boynton State Bank was established in 1877 and became a state chartered bank in 1897. Originally located in downtown New Berlin, the Bank moved into a new building in 1997 on the West side of New Berlin near Interstate 72. Today, Warren-Boynton State Bank is the oldest commercial bank in Sangamon County, Illinois with assets exceeding 90 million dollars.
